Zhang Cui Ying:Traditional Chinese Artist

A documentary about the art and life of a Chinese Traditional Artist, Zhang Cui Ying. This amazing woman has received many prizes for her painting in China and studied with some of the great Chinese Artists.

Even more amazing is her story in Australia as she struggled with chronic arthritis which prevented her from painting and her amazing recovery due to her practice of Falun Gong.

After the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, she went back to China, and was detained and tortured in a labour camp for 8 months despite being an Australian citizen.
